1. Wholesale Business Model

  • LightingDepotUSA.com is a wholesale supplier of lighting products.

  • Prices are only visible to registered and approved wholesale customers.

  • We do not sell directly to retail consumers.

2. Account Registration & Approval

  • Customers must register an account to access wholesale pricing.

  • Approval is required before account activation.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any account request at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Minimum Order

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • A minimum order value (MOQ) applies to all purchases (currently USD 500).

  • Orders below the MOQ may incur a handling fee of USD 50, which will be included in the order summary.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Customers may create an order list (quotation) via the website and download it as PDF/Excel.

  • Orders are confirmed only after the customer sends the order list via email and payment is received.

  • We accept bank transfer (TT) as the primary payment method.

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point (ownership transfers once the order is handed to the carrier).

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are considered final once payment is received.

  • Returns are not accepted unless goods are defective or damaged in transit.

  • Any cancellation requests must be made in writing before the order is processed.

7. Damages & Claims

  • Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.

  • Any damages must be reported within 48 hours, with photos and delivery notes.

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on LightingDepotUSA.com (images, descriptions, logos) is the property of LightingDepotUSA.com.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • LightingDepotUSA.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
