LightingDepotUSA.com supplies wholesale lighting products directly from our U.S. warehouse to retailers and distributors across the country. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed via bank transfer.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Larger or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship via common carriers, freight services, or parcel delivery services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), depending on the order size and destination.

  • Customers may also arrange their own freight pick-up from our warehouse.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may provide estimated freight quotes for convenience, but final charges will be based on the carrier’s invoice.

  • For orders below the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), a handling fee may apply in addition to shipping.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Transit times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Typical delivery times within the U.S. range from 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Risk of Loss & Title

  • All shipments are FOB Warehouse (U.S.) — ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the order leaves our warehouse.

  • Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier in case of loss or damage during transit.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt.

  • Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (see Returns & Refunds Policy).

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
